When you submit a quote request or contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your name, company, email, phone number, country and the details of your material requirement. We do not collect financial or payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and fulfil any resulting order. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to complete your order — for example a freight forwarder or inspection agency you have asked us to involve.
How a quote request reaches us
The quote builder composes your requirement and sends it to us by email or WhatsApp, or downloads it for you to keep — using the application on your own device. The requirement is not stored on this website.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. This records general usage patterns such as pages viewed and enquiry actions taken; it is not used to identify you personally. You can decline analytics cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our commercial and legal record-keeping obligations, then dispose of it.
