Round, square, hexagonal and threaded bar from 10 mm to 300 mm, in six delivery conditions and tolerance classes H7 to H10. We manufacture, stock, supply and export stainless Steel Round Bars from Mumbai, Maharashtra, in 18 grades, so most requirements can be met from held stock instead of waiting on a mill. The range includes nickel alloys (Hastelloy C22, Inconel 600 and Nickel Alloy 200) alongside stainless steel and duplex grades.
Our published range covers diameter 10 mm, 300 mm, shape Round, Square, Hexagonal, Threaded, tolerance H7, H8, H9, H10, length 5 m, 6.5 m (Customised length per requirement), bar ends Plain, Bevelled and marking Size, Grade, Specification, Heat number. Stainless Steel Round Bars are available in 202, 200 Series, 303, 304 / 304L, 310 / 310S, 316 / 316L, 317 / 317L, 321 / 321H, 347 / 347H, 904L, Duplex / Super Duplex, 400 Series, 254 SMO, 17-4 PH, Alloy 20, Inconel 600, Hastelloy C22 and Nickel 200. Material is supplied to ASTM A276, ASTM A479 / ASME SA-479, ASTM A484, ASTM A582, ASTM A564, EN 10088-3 and ISO 15510:2010. Finishes and conditions include Export Bright, Peeled / Turned Bar, Cold Drawn Bar, Centreless Ground & Polished Bar, Black Bar and Forged Bar. HSN code 7222.

Customised length per requirement
Each grade page carries its own composition, corrosion behaviour, standards cross-reference and limitations.
Chromium-manganese-nickel austenitic grade. A lower-cost alternative to 304 for dry, indoor and decorative use.
Manganese and nitrogen substitute for nickel. A cost-driven austenitic family.
304 with sulphur added for machinability. The free-machining austenitic.
The default austenitic stainless. 18% chromium, 8% nickel, no molybdenum.
25% chromium, 20% nickel. A heat-resisting grade, not a corrosion-resisting one.
304 plus 2–3% molybdenum. The standard answer to chlorides and mild acids.
Higher molybdenum than 316, at 3–4%. The step up before super-austenitics.
304 stabilised with titanium. Resists sensitisation in the 425–815 degrees C range.
Stabilised with niobium rather than titanium. Preferred where weld filler purity matters.
High nickel, high molybdenum, with copper. Built for sulphuric acid service.
Roughly equal austenite and ferrite. Around twice the yield strength of 316L.
Ferritic and martensitic chromium grades. Magnetic, nickel-free, hardenable.
6% molybdenum super-austenitic with nitrogen. PREN above 42.
Martensitic PH grade. Machine soft, then age to tensile strengths above 1300 MPa.
Nickel-iron-chromium with copper and niobium. Developed for sulphuric acid.
Nickel-chromium-iron alloy. Resists oxidation and chloride SCC to high temperature.
Nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten. Resists both oxidising and reducing media.
Commercially pure nickel, minimum 99% Ni. The caustic service standard.
