Who we supply
Buyers are mining contractors, food and wine equipment builders, fabricators and traders who need grades and sizes beyond domestic supply.
Rajgranth Metal & Alloys manufactures, stocks and exports stainless steel pipes, tubes, bars, sheets, plates and coils from Mumbai to South Africa, including grade SS 202, 304, 316, duplex and nickel alloys. Material ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate, to Durban and Cape Town.
South Africa's demand comes from mining and minerals processing, automotive, food and wine, chemicals and construction. The country also produces stainless steel domestically.
Buyers are mining contractors, food and wine equipment builders, fabricators and traders who need grades and sizes beyond domestic supply.
SANS national standards exist, and ASTM and EN are widely used on imported material. Mining and process work may follow client specifications.
A dry inland plateau, a humid east coast around Durban, and a marine climate at the Cape. The same grade can last decades inland and corrode within years on the coast.
Inland dry work can use 202 or 304; mining process, coastal and wine-industry service needs 316L, duplex or nickel alloy.
SS 202 suits dry interior use, kitchenware, furniture and decorative tube. For exposed or coastal service we recommend 304 or 316.
Chromium-manganese-nickel austenitic grade. A lower-cost alternative to 304 for dry, indoor and decorative use. Every form is also available in SS 304, 316, duplex and nickel alloys.
State the grade, form, dimensions, quantity, standard and destination port. We will confirm availability and the Incoterm.
